Coreave.com's general policy is to act as a provider of internet hosting/web design. Coreave.com has specific ethical concerns regarding the use of its computers detailed below. Coreave.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Coreave.com when we decide that the account has been inappropriately used Coreave.com reserves the right to change prices, contracts, terms of use, information about our comapny and products at any time.

Specific Acceptable Use Policies

Server abuse Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer, of Coreave.com is strictly prohibited. It is a violation for anyone who, including but not limited to, employs posts or programs which consume excessive CPU time or storage space, permits the use of mail services, mail forwarding capabilities, POP accounts, or auto responders other than for their own account; or resale of access to CGI scripts installed on our servers.

Any unauthorized use of accounts or computers by a Coreave.com customer, whether or not the attacked account or computer belongs to Coreave.com, will result in action against the attacker. Possible actions include warnings, account suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action, depending on the seriousness of the attack. Commercial advertisements with e-mail Unsolicited commercial advertisements are not allowed in e-mail, and will likely result in account suspension or cancellation. Commercial advertisements are unwelcome in most Usenet discussion groups and on most e-mail mailing lists. Inappropriate posting may result in account suspension or cancellation. See the newsgroup or mailing list's charter for whether advertising is allowed or not. "Spamming," or sending a message to many different off-topic newsgroups, is particularly unethical and will be treated as such. Sending a message, especially an advertisement, to more than five or six recipients, is by itself spamming unless the individuals have specifically requested to be added to a mailing list on that topic. E-mail is a person-to-person medium, not a broadcast medium.

Payment Policies

All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Setup fees charged or pre-payments made are non-refundable. Coreave.com reserves the right to change prices or policies at any time. Any account not brought current within a week (7 days) of e-mail notice or exceeding this time frame in any way is subject to suspension. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies Coreave.com or Lennie Core in writing for a request for termination of services. All payment is in U.S. currency. Non payment for web design services will also be reason for suspension of hosting accounts. Balances not paid by the 5th day of each month may result in hosting supension. Payments received after the 5th of the month may incur a late fee of 20% of the balance or $10.00. A reactivation fee of $100 applies to each account suspended and all balances for both hosting and design must be paid in full prior to reactivation of any accounts. All data, web site files, images, scripts and email shall be come the property of Coreave.com and held securly until all unpaid accounts are paid current. Accounts over 90 days past due subject the account domain name to change of ownership by Coreave Design & Hosting. Your domain name will be sold and any and all proceeds of the sale become the property of Coreave Design & Hosting without any recourse by the previous owner.

Refund Policies

All payments made are Non-Refundable. No refunds!

Cancellation

Coreave.com reserves the right to cancel service at any time. All fees paid in advance are Non-Refundable. Any violation of policies which results in extra costs will be billed to the customer (i.e. transfer, space etc.) Setup fees are non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be done in writing via US mail or fax with a valid signature of the primary contact of the account, account name and reason for cancellation. Cancellation requests must be received or postmarked at least 30 days prior to cancellation. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. You will be billed to the completion of the current billing cycle whether it be monthly, quarterly or yearly. Coreave.com has up to 30 days to deactivate your account, email address(s), etc., however should this period carry over into a new billing cycle you will be responsible for any new charges accrued.

Pre paid hosting or web design fees are Non-Refundable.

Failure to notifty Coreave.com of cancellation and action taken by the client to switch to another hosting company will be considered a violation of this agreement and subject to a service charge in the amount of 2 months hosting charges in additon to any pre-paid amounts. Other charges may apply.

Account Usage

Your account is for your exclusive and individual use only; multiple concurrent logins of the same account are not allowed. Beyond the fact that allowing others to use your account is prohibited, consider that you become responsible for the charges incurred by someone else that you have allowed to use your account. For this reason you should protect your account and password as you would any other personal resource such as your telephone or credit card number.

Lawful Purpose

Coreave.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may only use Coreave.com server for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets. Coreave.com expressly forbids anyone from using Coreave.com servers for the propagation, distribution, housing, processing, storing, or otherwise handling in any way lewd, obscene, or illegal pornographic material, or any other material which we deem to be objectionable, including, but not limited to, child pornography, satanic materials, and any and all materials of an adult nature. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of Coreave.com management.

Bandwidth

Coreave.com measures bandwidth in Gigabits (Gb) based on downloads of all content types from your site. Should your bandwidth usage exceed the limit imposed by your hosting plan you will be billed $20 per such Gb rounded up to the nearest Gb. Coreave.com is the sole arbitrator of what constitutes bandwidth over usage and Coreave.com hereby has the right to charge your account in such instances.

Indemnification

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Coreave.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Coreave.com, Lennie Core or its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Coreave.com against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Coreave.com's server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Coreave.com's server. Disclaimer Coreave.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Coreave.com makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Coreave.com disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, down time, system failure, y2k problems, software coruptions, and any and all service interruptions caused by Coreave.com and its employees, sposors, affiliates, designers, and contractors. Coreave.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

Web Site Back-Up's

It is the sole responsibility of each client to perform a back-up of their valuable web site and data. Should a problem arise and a back-up of your web site and data is needed, we will contact you to obtain same! Thus, any loss of data shall not be the responsibility of Coreave.com or it's owner or agents. We will make available a method for performing complete site back-ups directly via your browser and downloadable to your machine for an additional setup fee. Please contact us to arrange for same if you are interested. We also, for an additional monthly fee offer to perform the back-up's and maintain them in a secure area for use in the event of failure. Please contact us concerning this also. Again, it is your sole responsibility to make sure your valuable data is backed up! You are not authorized to keep on file or transfer any Coreave/Coremall Custom Scripts to any other host. (see Custom Scripts below)

Coreave/Coremall Custom Scripts

You are authorized to use any custom scripts installed at your web site provided your hosting remains with coreave.com. These scripts are the sole property of coreave.com and coremall.com including but not limited to: shopping cart scripts, mailing list scripts, web site stats, password protection scripts, site back up scripts and others. Should you copy, modify or store same on any computer or server without authorization you wil be liable for a fee in the amount of $500.00 for the use of same at another hosting location. This is considered theft of intellectuall property and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Use of Name Servers

Domains registered by clients are required under this policy to list the following contacts when purchasing or moving Any domain to coreave.com's servers:
Owner: The owner of the    Domain
Billing: The owner of the     Domain or accounting organization.
Administrative Contact:    Coreave Design & Hosting
Technical Contact            Coreave Design & Hosting
Primary Name Server:     NS1.COREAVENUE.COM
Secondary name Server:  NS2.COREAVENUE.COM
(Domain registration or transfer by coreave.com for it's clients will be registered as above)

Any alteration to Technical or Administrative contact prior to notification in writing to coreave.com will be considered Named Server abuse or Hi-Jacking and will not be tollerated.
Upon discovery of same, you account will be subject to Immediate suspension. No Exceptions.

By Using the services of Coreave.com Design & Hosting you are agreeing to these terms and understand our payment policy. All data, web site files, images, scripts and email shall become the property of Coreave.com and held securly until all unpaid accounts are paid in full.
